Task List: updated 6/4

We still have work to do. Here is the to-do list - remember, we are all volunteers Please help with anything you can. If you can manage any of these items, please email Marc at board@kalispelllakers.org

1. Rebuild Griffin Field Pitching Mound, get bricks, clay, make template
2. Install Griffin Field sign and install conduit & wiring to transformer. Conduit switch & wiring by electrician only.
3. Remove old antenna & cables, install new antenna and cables pressbox
4. Remove all awnings, deliver to vendor,replace, install all awnings.  To be addressed this fall?
5. Fix fence at Archie Roe entrance
6. Check / repair ballasts, lamps, fuses for inoperable field lights (3) Working w/ Dan Roe
7. Ensure maintenance building o-head door is locking.  It isn’t, we need a solution installed.
8. Check sprinklers - ongoing
9. Ensure lightning protection in place on scoreboards
10. New carpet in bullpen catcher’s areas.
11. Add infield material to Archie Roe infield, top dress skin, roughen plate surface, get sound system working good.
12. Need one p-up load chips  along outfield fence @ scoreboard area.
13. Remove old scoreboard coax box and ground wiring below announcer table.
14. Repair exterior power outlets around concessions building.
15. Sand, Prime, Paint restroom doors and vertical poles on bleachers red or gray. Paint concession building gray.  Be nice to get lower center bleachers painted & second coat red on picnic tables
16. Review ad signs condition & order replacements as needed 
17. Make wood template for painting logo on grass behind home plate – (KL)
18. Weed & rake warning track – maybe has been sprayed?
19. Fix latch on rolling door concessions booth
20. Install defibrillator Unit and cabinet on order, need install & alarm hookup
21. Covered dining area / pavilion near dugout
22. Slow / watch for children signs on Begg Park Drive
23. Top dress infield & foul territory w/ sand

WISH LIST

1. Level Archie Scoreboard, bend pipes to vertical, trim mount pipes, remove flag pipe, install new coke add, repaint black part of scoreboard, clean & replace light bulbs as needed. New coke ad ordered. 95” x 94”
2. Screening or rail w/ screen for dugouts
3. Water mist system for dugouts
4. Rebuild wider foul pole screens & paint all
5. Activate announcer booth phone line for telecom: Leichti working on it
6. New batting cage rubber flooring, replace netting as needed, alley backstop pads, storage locker, lighting, widen tunnels w/ new pipe supports, new asphalt?
7. Repack leaking booster pump in utility room.
8. Install chain link fencing around batting cages.  Replace 1st base bullpen fence slats w/ screen on fence.
9. Install enlarged batter’s eye in center field
10. Paint logos or letter new awnings.
11. fan & dorm fridge in umpire room, intercom to announcer booth.
12. Intercom pressbox to concessions.
13. Install defibrillator Applied to FEC for $$
14. Cover southeast bleachers with roof
15. Workout building facility
