Tournaments
Every year the Lakers host a couple of tournaments for the A and AA teams (A=JV, AA=Varsity). The Canadian Days Tournament is the first tournament of the year and is open to both A and AA teams. The AA team is the defending champion while the A team finished in second place in 2007.
The John Harp tournament is the only other tournament that the Lakers host. It is only open to A teams, and our A team also finished second in this tournament.
AA
Each year the Lakers also go to a couple of tournaments. The AA attended two tournaments in Whitefish this year. The first was the Wood Bat tournament during Memorial Day and the second was the Sapa-Johnsrud tournament where teams from across the west attended. Last year the AA also attended the Summer Palousa tournament in Pullman, Washington and the 4th of July Wood Bat tournament in Spokane, Washington.

Last year the Lakers A team attended the Wood Bat tournament in Whitefish along with the AA team. Their next tournament was the Ed Gallo tournament, which was also in Whitefish. From there they went to the Bozeman spikes tournament and finished off the tournament year by qualifying for the District tournament in Polson

The Kalispell Lakers “A” team will be hosting their annual John R. Harp Tournament July 11-13, 2008.
This tournament will have 8 teams.
Entry fee will be $250.00 and one dozen baseballs.
Deposit of $150.00 will be due by June 1, 2008. Balance due with rosters by June 15, 2008.
Team trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
